Chase Hildebrand has been at the forefront of cutting edge technology throughout his 24 year career in tech. His first business, a ticket reselling platform for the San Francisco Giants, he singlehandedly developed and launched before StubHub existed. After exiting that business at the age of 20 and attending USC, Chase found himself again at the forefront of a new industry- the ghost kitchen- starting one of the first incubator kitchen delivery services in San Francisco.
Chase also developed an interest in cryptocurrency in2012, becoming an early adopter of Bitcoin after seeing a friend mine the token on his laptop. This interest has persisted, and he is still an avid investor in several different tokens and companies.
Chase’s text message concierge service, launching in 2015, was featured in major tech publications Product Hunt, Forbes, Business Insider, Fast Company, and Bloomberg, amongst others, forming the technological foundation for the AI chatbot.
His creative vision and propensity for developing revolutionary products led him to Smile, where he is the CEO and creative lead across every division. With a deep passion and understanding of design and human connection, his vision has led to Smile being granted several software patents, registered trademarks, and forming meaningful partnerships with influencers and celebrities.
